Noah Dugan is one of 150 YoungArts Finalist and will be spending a week in Miami in January. This national competition is sponsored by the National Foundation for Advancement in the Arts. From these finalists, 20 winners are chosen by the Commission on Presidential Scholars and named U.S. Presidential Scholars in the Arts at a White House Ceremony.
